Our Process

  • Initial Contact

    I will receive a notification that you have filled out our online contact form. Then I will send you an email with a brief questionnaire about your project. Once this has been completed and returned, I will schedule a complementary call for us to discuss your project and allow you to ask any questions about the process and what to expect.

  • Getting To Know You

    After our initial conversation, and once we have decided to move forward, I will email you a Lifestyle Questionnaire. This allows me to get to know you better and learn more about your design needs. During this phase you may contact me to ask questions and clarify project goals. Once we both feel comfortable working together, I will ask that you purchase the appropriate service online BEFORE we move further.

    This demonstrates your commitment to the project and our work together.

  • It's Time To Design

    Once you have purchased the service AND returned the questionnaires, I will get to work.

    Depending on the service you chose, I may need additional information such as room measurements and/or photographs of the space. Architectural drawings are always a plus if you have them.

    *There will be ongoing communication between us as needed.

  • Design Documents

    Design documents will be sent to you digitally and will depend on the service you have chosen. We may or may not have revisions based on the project and our communication. I am happy to send copies to your contractor if preferred.

    Design documents may include floorpans, 3D renderings, mood boards and product lists. Each service requires a different set of documentation.

  • Wrap Up

    Once our work together is finished and all documents have been delivered, I will send a short questionnaire to receive valuable input about the process and your experience.
